I had tried 4 different products to get rid of the green water. Nothing was working.I saw an ad for Algaeway 5.4 that sounded good. The first time I used it was in late spring.It took about 2 weeks to clear the water due to the heavy concentration of algae. This is my third year of using this product. I started earlier and it only took five days to have chrystal clear water. The fish are not affected by it if used properly as directed.A little expensive, but well worth the cost!
