ponds & lakes that has 100% of their water contained
on their property. Water cannot be coming in to the pond nor exiting
the pond into a nearby drain, stream, creek, etc.

this case, you must contact your local DNR (Department of Natural Resources)
find out what chemicals, if any, can be used. They have jurisdiction as to
what chemicals can be used in these situations as the
water flowing out of these ponds or lakes affect our public water systems
and the DNR has jurisdiction on everything having to do with our public
water systems.
